Our semi-dry sparkling wine produced by Charmat Methodhas extremely diverse variety-specific composition. The grapes are handpicked, sorted and pressed. The grape juice is then fermented at a low temperature with selected yeast strains to preserve the inherent fruit flavors. Secondary fermentation occurs under high pressure in hermetically sealed vessels. This process results in a vibrant, crisp sparkling wine.
Aroma: Intense aromas of white and tropical fruit.
Palate: Lively, with lingering finish.
