Information
Dugladze semi-dry rosé is produced by Charmat methodby blending red and white varieties. It is characterized by distinct color and purity. The grapes are handpicked, sorted and pressed. The grape juice is then fermented at a low temperature with selected yeast strains to preserve the inherent fruit flavors. Secondary fermentation occurs under high pressure in hermetically sealed vessels. This process results in a crisp sparkling wine with fine bubbles.
